	cobertura vila madalena
O desafio desse projeto foi criar, ambientes integrados numa planta bastante recortada de um apartamento duplex. Além disso, o desejo da cliente era criar uma atmosfera de casa de praia mediterrânea. A solução foi eliminar todas as barreiras possíveis da área social e usar revestimentos monolíticos, tanto na área interna quanto externa, que pudessem fazer as vezes de piso, parede e acabamento de alguns móveis fixos. 


No piso de entrada, eliminamos as paredes entre cozinha, sala de jantar, sala de tv e varanda. Eliminamos também a parede que enclausurava a estreita escada para o piso superior. Os ambientes então foram separados de forma mais fluida. A nova sala de jantar, que agora tem um aparador embaixo da escada, é separada da sala de estar por uma aparador fixo. A sala de TV é protegida do sol com um brise ripado de madeira maciça que a separa da varanda, onde se encontra o escritório. Nesse piso, ainda criamos um pequeno hall de entrada, através de um nicho com um pequeno aparador.


No piso superior eliminamos a porta entre sala de estar e espaço da churrasqueira e dobramos o tamanho do balcão. Na sala de estar fizemos um rack fixo com painel ripado para servir de guarda-corpo. Na área externa, eliminamos o deck de madeira, que ocupava quase toda a parte aberta para criar um espaço livre e contínuo em relação a área interna. Para vencer a altura até a piscina, fizemos uma escada que se desdobra em diferentes planos, formando um grande sofá e um espaço para tomar sol.

A reforma desse apartamento foi pensada para atender uma família em que o casal trabalha majoritariamente em casa. Criamos então 3 possibilidades de ambientes para trabalhar. Um espaço exclusivamente para escritório na sala, um no quarto de hóspedes e um no quarto do casal. Como o espaço disponível para escritório na sala, fica no centro da planta da casa e portanto não tem janela, criamos uma estante que abre metade para sala para entrar luz e ventilação natural. Essa estante também teve a função de destacar uma obra de arte, livros e objetos de decoração, logo na entrada da casa.


Na sala de estar, fizemos um grande aparador quase da largura da sala que serve de rack para tv, apoio para a poltrona de leitura e até banco. Próximo a porta de entrada social, aproveitamos o nicho existente para fazer um banco com gavetas, para os moradores poderem tirar e guardar os sapatos. 


Outra necessidade da família era integrar a cozinha com a sala de jantar, mas de uma maneira que fosse possível também fazer o isolamento entre os dois ambientes. Criamos então uma bancada na cozinha que se estende até a sala de jantar, interrompida pela porta dupla que faz a integração e isolamento entre os dois ambientes.ano 2025

livraria cabeceira

A livraria Cabeceira foi um projeto que participamos
desde o início, fundindo a experiência de planejamento de marcas com
arquitetura. Colaboramos com a concepção da identidade da marca, escolha do
local para implantação da livraria e desenvolvemos o projeto de arquitetura.&#38;nbsp;
No lote escolhido para a implantação da livraria,
havia uma casa térrea com uma planta problemática e falhas estruturais.
Optou-se por demolir a construção existente e construir um novo galpão de
características industriais, com estrutura de concreto armado e vedação de
bloco de concreto aparente. 
No térreo,
implantamos a loja e as áreas de apoio (banheiro, cozinha e estoque) e no
mezanino criamos um
espaço multiuso, para oficinas culturais, palestras e pequenas exposições. Para
iluminar o estreito e extenso galpão de 5x16m, rasgamos uma abertura zenital em
toda extensão longitudinal do edifício. No piso, combinamos pedras portuguesas
amarelas que marcam a entrada do pedestre e a saída para o jardim dos fundos
com Tecnocimento, no mesmo tom, para criar uma conexão interessante entre exterior e interior. A marcenaria é toda feita em compensado naval
de pinus cru.&#38;nbsp; Um balcão ao lado de toda
a extensão da escada acomoda o caixa e o balcão do café. Ao centro, mesas e
carrinhos com rodas ajudam na exposição dos livros, permitindo mobilidade na
disposição da loja. Em todas as paredes do térreo são fixadas estantes para
livros. Em algumas delas, prateleiras avançam quatros centímetros, área em que
são impressas, a laser, frases literárias selecionadas pelo livreiro. Essas
frases criam um percurso, que, poeticamente, contam a história da literatura
brasileira.

	cristal clíinica &#38;amp; spa capilar
Um pequeno sobrado geminado da década de 1970, típico da região do baixo Pinheiros, foi escolhido para transformar-se na filial paulista da Cristal Clínica &#38;amp; Spa Capilar. 
Buscamos tirar partido das características do sobrado para criar uma clínica com cara de casa, ambientes com desenho minimalista mas muito aconchegantes. 
Uma das premissas do projeto foi valorizar a fachada existente e revelar os materiais originais da construção, por isso o pórtico da entrada da casa foi mantido, diversas paredes de tijolinhos foram descascadas e o piso de taco do piso superior foi todo restaurado.

Já no térreo, que sofreu as maiores transformações, foi instalado um piso monolítico, que confere uma atmosfera bem contemporânea. 
A grande intervenção do projeto é um banco de concreto branco, com desenho orgânico, que &#38;nbsp;começa na área externa, quase no limite da calçada, e se extende para dentro da entrada da casa, onde se localiza a recepção e loja de produtos. Ele tem a função de imprimir uma personalidade única para a clínica, criar continuidade, ampliando ambos os ambientes, e também serve de convite para os pedestres que transitam pela região entrarem e conhecerem o espaço.ano 2024

Uma das premissas básicas para a reforma da sede do nosso escritório era estabelecer uma relação com a cidade, mesmo considerando que se trata de uma escala mínima: um pequeno sobrado com 5m de frente. Quando iniciamos o desenvolvimento do projeto, percebemos que o pequeno degrau existente de 20 cm de altura x 25 cm de profundidade, que ficava para fora do portão, servia de banco para funcionários dos estabelecimentos comerciais do entorno descansarem e desfrutarem da sombra da árvore que fica em frente à casa. Decidimos então criar um novo portão metálico que se desdobra num banco, fixado num pórtico com ganchos para pendurar, quando estamos por perto, um balanço e, assim, criamos uma micro praça. 

Há um desnível de 80 cm da calçada para o interior da casa. Eliminamos todos os degraus existentes entre a calçada e entrada da casa e criamos uma rampa para garantir acessibilidade universal e implantamos um jardim atrás de onde fica o balanço. Nivelamos o patamar do quintal da frente com o piso de todo o térreo, e usamos o mesmo ladrilho hidráulico liso em todo pavimento, criando uma relação mais fluida entre exterior e interior. 

Reforçamos a estrutura, com vigas metálicas, das paredes de entrada e saída da casa para o quintal da frente e dos fundos, possibilitando a abertura total dos dois vãos. Na frente, criamos uma nova caixilharia com janelas com uma pele de chapa perfurada, garantindo segurança e privacidade, com bastante entrada de luz e ventilação para a copa. No fundo, uma porta camarão envidraçada abre-se totalmente, integrando o jardim com a sala multiuso, dobrando a sensação espacial. O ladrilho hidráulico se repete no espelho d’água que compõe o&#38;nbsp; jardim, que é totalmente suspenso em grandes caixas metálicas coloridas, das mesmas cores das paredes.&#38;nbsp; 

No piso superior, os forros foram retirados e toda a estrutura do telhado revelada e recuperada, criando duas salas de trabalho com generoso pé direito. A nova sede do estúdio tornou-se um espaço muito inspirador para se trabalhar, conviver e principalmente compartilhar.

Esse é um apartamento de 22 m², destinado ao aluguel por estudantes universitários. Geralmente esses apartamentos tipo “estúdio”, a nova denominação para a velha kitnet, por serem muito pequenos, tem suas paredes ocupadas por estantes e guarda-roupas, sobrando como espaço livre um triste corredor. Queríamos um espaço amplo e o mais flexível possível. Como o apto tem dois níveis, e um pé direito duplo, com uma generosa porta de correr para a varanda, procuramos ocupar o mínimo possível do nível inferior, para conferir amplitude ao espaço de dormir, estudar e lazer; e desfrutar de toda luz. Para isso, aproveitamos cada cm do nível de entrada do apto, onde se localiza a cozinha e o banheiro. Eliminamos o lavatório que ficava fora do banheiro e criamos um nicho para encaixar a pia dentro; a nova porta de correr se abre para dentro de um closet, que envolve o volume do banheiro. O closet foi pensado para ter várias funções e aproveitar todas suas faces. No piso inferior, eliminamos a escada metálica existente e criamos uma nova de alvenaria que se desdobra num banco contínuo até a varanda. Deslocamos a nova escada um pouco para esquerda, para deixar 2m livre e encaixar uma cama de casal, que fica sobre uma base com rodas e pode ser empurrada para dentro de um vão de 60cm de profundidade abaixo da laje do piso superior, transformando-se num sofá de 4 lugares. O último móvel desse ambiente é uma estante-mesa, que pode servir como escrivaninha, penteadeira ou bar!

casa jardim américaprojeto Brasil Arquitetura com participação de Guega
    
O projeto da Casa Jardins aconteceu antes mesmo da formalização do Estúdio Guega. Guega trabalhava na Brasil Arquitetura e foi convidada para projetar a reforma de um casarão estilo neocolonial no bairro Jardim América. Estabeleceu-se uma parceria entre a arquiteta e o escritório Brasil Arquitetura para desenvolver o projeto. O térreo da casa revelava a antiga divisão entre os ambientes dos donos da casa e dos que a serviam. De um lado amplas salas para música, estar, jantar e jogos e do outro uma copa, cozinha, despensa e lavanderia com nenhuma graça e pouca luz. Duas escadas promoviam a circulação entre os dois pisos. A social, ampla e bonita, saindo de um generoso hall e a outra, estreita e sem nenhuma luz, junto aos cômodos de serviço, dava acesso aos quartos, pelo fundo. No quintal, um muro dividia a área de serviço do jardim dos patrões. No pavimento superior, uma reforma, que provavelmente visava aumentar o número de banheiros, criou um verdadeiro labirinto entre os cômodos.Nossa tarefa era repensar toda a planta da casa, para, no térreo, criar uma ampla e arejada copa e cozinha, que tivesse uma relação direta com o jardim e transformar a sala ao lado numa sala&#38;nbsp; de convívio da família. A solução foi demolir parte da lavanderia existente para alinhar a antiga área de serviço com a sala da família, transferir a lavanderia para os fundos da nova copa-cozinha que ganhou amplas portas de vidro para o jardim. Na áera externa, demolimos o muro de divisão do jardim, criamos uma piscina de 20m para prática de natação, e novo paisagismo. No pavimento superior, criamos um grande hall para sala de estudos e brincadeiras das crianças e foram reorganizadas 4 amplas suítes. As janelas treliçadas, que eram o grande charme da casa foram mantidas e pintadas, mudando sua cor de azul (clássico colonial) para vermelho, assim como toda nova caxilharia. Diversas novas janelas foram criadas e aquelas que levaram treliças ganharam um desenho ortogonal, mais contemporâneo, distinguindo assim as janelas existentes das novas.

casa fazenda lagoa
A casa sede da Fazenda Lagoa originalmente era bastante simples, de alvenaria estrutural, sem laje na cobertura, com sala, cozinha, 3 quartos e 1 banheiro. Com o crescimento da família e o uso intenso da casa durante as férias escolares, foi feita uma primeira ampliação construindo um novo corpo, ligado à casa antiga, com 4 novas suítes. Apesar de acomodar melhor a família, a casa ficou com uma relação desproporcional entre a área social e íntima.A nova reforma, projetada pelo nosso estúdio, visava reequilibrar essa relação, mantendo e modernizando as 4 suítes com janelas maiores, demolindo a parte antiga, que tinha problemas estruturais, e criando novas área social e de serviço, com uma integração melhor entre todos os ambientes. Essa ampliação foi feita perpendicularmente à área íntima, no sentido contrário às demais instalações da fazenda, criando uma área de lazer com mais privacidade. A laje de concreto armado, que se estende como marquise para as varandas, diferencia claramente a construção nova da antiga.&#38;nbsp; Além da varanda em frente à casa, que dá acesso à sala de estar e jantar, foi criada uma varanda mais ampla, nos fundos, com saída pela sala de jantar, e cozinha, abrigando um balcão de concreto com churrasqueira. O piso, de ladrilho hidráulico cinza liso das varandas, se estende, nos fundos, para além da cobertura, criando uma área perfeita para brincar, &#38;nbsp;tomar sol ou olhar as estrelas.

A Surfco é uma loja
multimarcas de roupas de surf
e street wear. A loja de Recife, é a sexta loja da rede e a primeira com a nova
identidade arquitetônica, desenvolvida pelo nosso estúdio. O partido do
projeto procura estabelecer uma divisão clara, mas ao mesmo tempo harmônica,
entre os dois segmentos de surf e street wear, através não apenas dos
materiais, mas também pelo desenho da loja. O uso do compensado naval
cru, remete à natureza, enquanto o concreto e a cor grafite, refletem o urbano.
O desenho da parede e em curva, feita com ripas de compensado
naval, procura trazer o
movimento das ondas do mar e destacar a área
de surf wear, que é a prioritária da loja. O desenho pintado com a tinta epóxi grafite, na parede e no piso, busca lembrar as pistas
de skate e sinalizar a área de street wear. Esses dois elementos marcantes, foram bastante
eficazes para criarem impacto para os clientes que estão passando em frente a
loja e, ao mesmo tempo, ajudaram a organizar com clareza a divisão entre os
dois segmentos.
